BYO or Managed
Bring your own
You run the analysis in your GitHub Actions, your container or your IDE, with your key or the agent you already pay for. We sell the software at a flat price: no credits, and the cost of a ticket for us is almost only infrastructure.
Managed
We run everything in our cloud with the tokens included. You pay for the unit that costs: the fix attempt. Answers without a fix are covered by the monthly tickets.
Fixes, credits and top-ups
A fix attempt counts when the fix job starts, and is refunded when it fails because of our infrastructure. Each ticket gets at most 2 attempts, then it goes to a person.
Credits are used in this order

- Referral credits
- Review credits
- Case study credits
- Sponsored open-source credits
- Top-ups
Then extra fixes at $5 each, when you enable overage; otherwise the fix attempt does not start and the ticket goes to your team, with a notification.
Credits expire 12 months after they are granted.

Earn credits
- Invite another team: 20 fixes to you and 20 to them, once they connect a repository and work a real ticket, or pay their first invoice.
- A verified review on G2 or Product Hunt: 20 fixes.
- A published case study: 50 fixes.
Agency: priced per client workspace
$299 a month includes 10 client workspaces; each one more costs $19. The Managed add-on gives a client workspace 25 fixes a month; its price appears in billing before you confirm.
What happens when the included fixes run out?
Credits are used in order: plan, referrals and reviews, sponsored credits, top-ups. After that, extra fixes cost $5 each if you enable overage; otherwise the fix attempt does not start and the ticket goes to your team, with a notification. Replies to customers keep working.
Can I cap what I spend?
Yes. In billing you can set a monthly spending cap for your organization; until you set one, there is no cap. At 80% you get an alert, at 100% jobs that cost tokens stop until the next month or until you raise the cap.
Is there a free trial?
14 days on the paid plans, with a card on file so the trial cannot be used to burn tokens. The Managed trial includes 5 fixes. Open Source is free.
What counts as a fix?
A fix attempt on Managed: it counts when the fix job starts and is refunded if our infrastructure fails. Diagnoses and replies without a fix do not consume fixes.
Can the proactive mode run up the bill?
Proactive fixes have their own monthly cap per workspace, 10 by default, and groups of errors below the threshold are only watched, without spending tokens.
On BYO plans, who pays for the model?
You do, directly to your provider, with your key or your agent subscription. Loopback never marks up tokens on BYO plans.
Can I change plan or cancel?
From the billing settings, at any time. Plan, client workspaces and add-ons change in the app; payment methods, invoices and cancellation are in the billing portal.
