Error events from a backend, with the bearer token of a generic endpoint connector.
/v1/ingest/eventsBody: one event, an array or { events } (at most 100, 1 MiB). 401 for a missing or wrong token (checked before the body is read), 403 `connector_paused`, 402 without log connectors in the plan, 413 for a larger body, 422 with `details.issues` (path, code, message, limit), 429 per client address or key id.
