POST/v1/webhooks/resend
Resend webhook: Svix signature over the raw body, deduplicated by svix-id.
/v1/webhooks/resendVerifies svix-id, svix-timestamp and svix-signature (HMAC-SHA256 of the raw body, five minutes of tolerance, the previous secret too during a rotation), records the delivery once and queues its processing: email.received → email.inbound, delivery events → email.delivery_event, domain.updated → the domain status applied at once, then email.domain_check. Other events are acknowledged and ignored.
